FOLLOW THE CALL OF THE FOREST CREATURES ~

The Forest Ball is a celebration of creativity and invites everyone to find expression of a side within that usually can’t be lived in daily life. It awakens inner magical forest creatures, midnight dancers, and mystical beings of ancient legends and tales.

This day workshop offers a creative process to explore and emerge with the character to embody during the night of the Forest Ball. Movement, dance, and expression through sound will serve as guides into a playful inquiry and allow an organic unfolding to happen.

Trusting and listening to the body and its movements, finding shapes and gestures, sensations, and inner textures open space to step towards unknown territory within oneself. Throughout the day and into the evening, each person has the chance to follow the thread of their creature’s story while discovering its voice, persona, and features.
