A women’s retreat of voice, embodiment & feminine arts

This is a retreat for women who wish to deepen into their own presence. Not through fixing yourself or becoming “more” of anything, but by dropping in, listening, and reclaiming what is already here. Not by pushing, but by landing more fully in yourself. Over four days together, we will explore voice, singing, movement, dance, ritual, tantric and womb-based practices, and creative feminine arts as pathways to reconnect with the ancient wisdom of womanhood and the body’s innate intelligence.

A Weekend for Women with Mana Kora

Mana Kora invites you to a special women’s weekend.
A weekend dedicated to womanhood & womb wisdom, sisterhood & prayer, dancing, singing and stillness.We open a space to come home to ourselves to feel, to remember and to celebrate – and simply to honor our femininity. In the evening, the Mana Kora Dance Ritual with the Mother Drum opens a ceremonial space: music, healing songs and ritual come together in a profound journey inward. You are invited to dance your prayer, to experience it through your body, and to connect with and express what is alive within you.
On Sunday morning, the Sweat Lodge guides us back into the mysterious darkness of our womb space and into the womb of Mother Earth – a place where we can let go, integrate and realign ourselves.
Mana Kora tribal Movement Prayer Celebration
December 6th 2026 🌍 Volkshaus Zürich, Switzerland
This is a living drum and movement ritual. Voices rise, women sounding, calling and singing, echoes from beyond time. Rhythms awaken the earth, moving through flesh and bone, stirring the wild and also the soft, and remembering our origins. Held by the deep pulse of the Mother Drum, and carried by guitar, flute and other instruments, you are invited to step into the emerging tribe, let prayer become movement, let yourself sing, celebrate, and surrender into spaces beyond words. Voyage of Voices
Sound, sing & roar
Januar 4th-7th 2027 🌍 Pachamama, Costa Rica
This workshop is an invitation for all to meet their true voice and the deep joy of singing and expressing through sound. The voice remembers what the individual has forgotten – it reflects patterns and beliefs, and also holds pure medicine; authentic expression, creativity, and a huge reservoir of power and presence. Relaxing into one’s unique sound, into the song beyond judgments and ideas can be a deeply empowering and transformational experience.
Red Temple 1
Women with Roots

A nourishing space of sisterhood is arising in the The Red Temple. A circle of women supporting each other, exploring together tantric exercises, meditations and movement as well as healing rituals. This creates a space with the quality of a sacred temple in which profound transformation can arise. This space is not so much about analyzing oneself, solving problems or trying to get rid of something.
It is rather entering a mystic realm where all is welcome, felt and expressed through the body. It is a call to own and celebrate womanhood, rise out of collective female conditioning and remember the essence of the feminine.
Red Temple 2
Women with Wings
February 8th-11th 2027 🌍 Pachamama, Costa Rica
The 2nd level of the Red Temple is for women who participated in the first level and want to go deeper into the exploration of womanhood and the path of the Feminine Arts. Sound, movement and sacred ritual, creativity & expression are part of this Temple Experience together.
It opens the space for deeper embodiment of the feminine principles as well as opening up to personal gifts of creativity to this world. Women have been gathering for ages supporting each other in a save space of togetherness, a space of simply being, healing and of wisdom beyond words.
From this space a respectful exploration of boundaries, conscious touch and healing massage is offered to meet the innermost womanhood, beauty and dignity of the body. In the tantric tradition each woman is seen as the embodiment of sensuality and Shakti, the life force dwelling within. Women are admired for their power to initiate others while the feminine love organs are honored as a healing place and residence of the goddess.
